Padco is a spin
off of Padden & Company, Inc., a small municipal bond firm founded
in 1963, We focus exclusively on leases as an investment vehicle.
We have been
active with municipal leasing since 1981 and commercial leasing
since 1992. We currently manage a growing portfolio of over 1500
leases.
Our goal is
to have quality inventory, of varying sizes and term, which will
satisfy the growing demand of our clients. They rely on our credit
