2012 was a year of change and growth at Padco Financial Services. After nearly 50 years in the financial district of the Chicago Loop, Padco has moved to Crete, Illinois in the South Suburbs. New places, new faces, new ideas! We are looking forward to enhancing our products and reaching out to new and existing investors and brokers through our new website. This is phase I, but phase II will see a more interactive concept emerging. We plan to keep a continuously updated inventory of available leases online and will be developing a personalized page for each investor. We are looking for suggestions from our investors and brokers on ways to make PadcoFinancial.com a better experience for you.

Padco Heading to Albuquerque for NEFA conference

Grand Opening of our Crete Office

We were excited to welcome a fair number of our friends, family and colleagues at our September 15, 2012 Open House. It was great to be able to speak face to face with folks and share a glass and a bite to celebrate our new digs. There is a rumor floating around that we just might make this an annual event!
